Wire Mesh Welding Machine Introduction:
Automatic Wire Mesh Welding Machine, is also called roll mesh welding machine, CNC construction mesh welding machine, use to make road mesh, reinforcing mesh, construction mesh etc. The wire mesh welding machine adopts PLC control system with touch screen input, which makes the operation more intelligent and convenient. The wire mesh welding machine continuously welds wire mesh sheets and wire mesh rolls and cuts the mesh to a fixed length.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. The line wire is coil wire feeding automatic. The cross wires should be pre-straightened & pre-cut, then fed from hopper device automatically. The hopper device is controlled by step motor, has high capacity. Welding electrodes are made of pure copper (upper Φ20*120 mm, lower 20*20*20 mm), durable.
2. Main motor(5.5 kw) Helical gear reducer connect the main axis directly, big transmission torque. Cast water-cooling transformers, high efficiency. Welding degree is adjusted by PLC.
3. Panasonic PLC (Japan) pneumatic parts, machine working more stable. Panasonic (Japan) servo motor planetary reducer for pulling mesh, more precise. Cable carrier is Igus brand, imported from Germany, the best one all over the world, not hung down.
4. The line wire from coil wire feeding automatic.The line wire straighten device make the line wire straight. The line wire reach the welding machine. The cross wire is pre-cut by wire straightening cutting machine. The cross wire put into the hopper device. Which is controlled by the stepping motor.
5. The wire mesh welding machine is equipped with automatic mesh cutting machine and automatic rolling mesh machine. So the wire mesh welding machine can produce both mesh panel and roll mesh. The length of mesh panel max can up to 6m and the length of roll mesh max 80m one roll. The automatic rolling mesh machine is variable-frequency. The roll roll speed is adjustable.
6. The wire mesh welding machine need power transformer at least 200KVA to supply machine running. And the distance from the wire mesh welding machine to the power transformer within 80m.
